甲骨文新加坡ARM被停止后能重启吗cherbim3年前发布580刚发现新加坡帐号里的2个VM.Standard.A1.Flex 被停止了，都是1C6G配置，点启动后是下面提示信息hostname is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.开了后没怎么用过，一直扔着快2个月了，碰到这种只能删除吗
